By accessing or using Voidon ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Voidon provides an AI routing and privacy protection service that:

• Routes your requests to various AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• Offers data anonymization and PII obfuscation capabilities
• Provides usage analytics and cost optimization features
• Enables model group management and API key handling

The Service acts as an intermediary layer between you and third-party AI providers. We do not own or operate the underlying AI models.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Verify your email address

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API keys
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Generate spam, malware, or malicious content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

• Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or discriminate against individuals
• Violate the terms of service of underlying AI providers

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

5.1 Your API Keys

You are responsible for providing and managing your own API keys for third-party AI services. We securely store these keys but you remain responsible for:

• Compliance with each provider's terms of service
• All costs incurred through API usage
• Monitoring and managing your API quotas and rate limits
• Ensuring your API keys are valid and properly configured

5.2 Third-Party Provider Terms

When you use our Service to access third-party AI models, you are also bound by the terms of service of those providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). We are not responsible for the policies, practices, or actions of third-party providers.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We process requests ephemerally without storing prompt content
• Data anonymization features are available but optional
• Usage statistics are collected for service improvement
• You retain ownership of all data you submit

7. Billing and Payments

You are directly responsible for all costs incurred with third-party AI providers. These costs are separate from any Voidon service fees and are billed directly by the respective providers.

7.3 Refund Policy

Service fees may be refundable under certain circumstances. Contact support@voidon.ai for refund requests. Third-party provider costs are not refundable through us.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Voidon and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your requests solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models is subject to the terms of the respective AI providers. We make no claims of ownership over AI-generated content.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 AI Model Outputs

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. AI models may produce biased, incorrect, or harmful outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.

9.3 Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party provider issues, or other factors beyond our control.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOIDON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voidon and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use of AI-generated content

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
